Meadow Flowers

Off to Ramsgate today, spectacular view over Pegwell Bay and temperature in the thirties to boot. Melissa opted for lilac theme and her bouquet was lovely - the photos I took really dont do them justice, whisps of panicum grass with lavender-pink hydrangea, Ocean Song roses, green bell, astrantia, poppy and scabious heads, flowering mint (smelt divine!) white snowberry , silver balls and wax flower. Her bridesmaids were similar except I substituted the lavender roses for white spray roses and kept them simpler

About Darling & Wild

My photo
Darling & Wild
Tunbridge Wells, Kent, United Kingdom
Darling & Wild came about because of my consuming passion for flowers and a love of colour and design. These elements coupled with my desire to be a bit different and wanting something more than ordinary that I couldnt find on the High Street led me to start my own business. I enjoy creative freedom and work with some lovely clients who all appreciate and indeed seek my advice and trust my judgement. To me there is no such thing as say - a pink rose there are many shades and when used in combinations their colour can assume a different hue based on what it is surrounded by. Fair to say I agonise over my flower selections and choose every one myself. I love using textures as well as colour to create interest - pods, berries, branches, moss, succulents - playing around wiith it all and being inspired. Where possible I use english flowers and am growing some too. Event and wedding specialist across the South East. In my spare time I get my hands dirty in my garden, walk the dog and raise two children!
